The gas tilting kettle has a 25-gallon capacity and features a 2/3 steam jacket design. It is equipped with a floor-mounted control console and has a stainless steel exterior finish. The kettle has a 50 psi rating and is standard with flanged feet. It has an electronic spark ignition system and the option for a cover and draw-off. The kettle has a 90,000 BTU firing rate and is designed for natural gas operation. It comes with a gas pressure regulator and an automatic electronic spark ignition system. The kettle is supplied with a cord and plug for 115 volt controls. It has a "splash-proof" rear-mounted pressure/vacuum gauge and is approved by AGA, CSA, CE, NSF, and ASME. The kettle has support legs with level adjustable feet and is flanged for floor bolting. The exterior surfaces are made of 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish. The tilt mechanism is made of roller bearings and a case-hardened self-locking worm and segment gear. The steam jacket is permanently filled with treated distilled water and does not require venting or refilling. The kettle is self-contained and only needs a gas connection and a 115 volt outlet for installation. It has a large pouring lip for easier pouring and a heavy-duty rolled rim design for reinforcement. The kettle has precise temperature control with less than 1ºC temperature variance and an operating temperature range from 145ºF-260ºF. It has a "splash-proof" solid-state control panel with accurate LED indicators for heat cycle and low water warning. Optional accessories include a lift-off cover, food strainer, kettle markings, measuring strip, correctional packages, propane gas option, spring assist cover, basket strainer, 316 stainless steel liner, 2" tangent draw-off valve, hot and cold water faucet, and a kettle accessory kit.
