The Steamcraft® Gemini™ 10 Convection Steamer is a pressureless gas steamer with two compartments, each equipped with its own generator. It has a capacity of (5) 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 pans per compartment. The steamer features SureCook controls, a 60-minute mechanical timer, and a manual bypass switch for continuous steaming. The left-hand hinged door and controls on the right make it easy to operate. The steamer is made of stainless steel construction and comes with 6" adjustable legs with flanged feet. It has a total of 100,000 BTU and is ENERGY STAR® certified.
Some of the standard features of the steamer include 6" stainless steel adjustable legs with flanged feet, approvals from CSA, U.L/NSF#4, and Energy Star, a compartment steam shut-off switch when the door is opened, and a cooking capacity for up to ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep cafeteria pans.
The steamer also has easy front-access generator controls with a pullout drawer for simple servicing, an easy access cleaning port with a deliming port located on the outside, top of the unit, and a durable 14 gauge, 304 stainless steel construction for the compartment door, cooking cavity, and steam generator.
Other features include a generator steam standby mode, exclusive brass steam jets for even-high velocity steam distribution, an exclusive Gemini drain/power control system, and a two-piece compartment door with a slammable, self-adjusting design.
Each compartment has a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer with "SureCook" load compensating feature and a manual bypass switch for constant steaming. The steamer also has an exclusive high efficiency gas power burner generator and steam saver technology for energy and water saving.
Options and accessories for the steamer include water filters, on/off steam switch controls, electronic timer with compensating feature, and dissolve descale solution.
