The Steamcraft® Ultra 3 Convection Steamer is an electric countertop steamer with 1 compartment. It has a capacity of (3) 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" pans per compartment. The steamer features an easyTimer 90-minute timer with a dial and LED digital readout in minutes and seconds. It also includes a SureCook load compensating thermostat, manual cooking mode, and a descale indicator. The left-hand hinged door and controls on the right provide convenient access. The steamer has automatic boiler blowdown and a steam shut-off switch. It is constructed with stainless steel for durability and has a power of 8 kW. Standard features of the steamer include 4" adjustable legs, a main power on/off switch with automatic water fill, and availability in most voltages, single or three phase only. It has a cooking capacity for up to three 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" deep cafeteria pans. The compartment doors are hinged on the left, with controls on the right. The steamer is made of durable 14-gauge stainless steel construction for the compartment door, cavity, and steam generator. It has an automatic generator drain with a water jet spray rinse drain cleaning cycle to keep the drain clear. The steamer also features an exclusive automatic remote probe type water level control, separate from the generator for easy access. It has an instant steam stand by mode to hold the generator at a steaming temperature, allowing for instant cooking. The steamer includes a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer and switch for manual operation, with an audible signal for cooking time completion. It can be stacked using the optional stacking kit and stacking stand (2 units only). The steamer has an easy access generator cleaning port located on the outside, top of the unit, eliminating the need to remove hot panels or rack guides. It has a two-piece compartment door design that remains cool to the touch, with a free-floating inner door and reversible gasket for an airtight seal. The stainless steel slam/latch door latch mechanism ensures reliability. The steamer is equipped with an innovative PowerPak electric steam generator, featuring a special stainless steel fire bar heating element and strong 14-gauge stainless steel construction.
