The Steamcraft® Ultra 5 Convection Steamer is an electric countertop steamer with 1 compartment. It has a capacity of (5) 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" pans per compartment. The steamer features an easyTimer 90-minute timer with a dial and LED digital readout in minutes and seconds. It also includes a SureCook load compensating thermostat, manual cooking mode, and a descale indicator. The left-hand hinged door and controls on the right make it convenient to use. The steamer has an automatic water level and generator drain, as well as a steam shut-off switch. It is constructed with stainless steel and has a power of 16 kW. Standard features of the steamer include a main power on/off switch with automatic water fill, cooking capacity for up to five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" deep cafeteria pans, and durable 14 gauge stainless steel construction. It also has an automatic generator drain with a water jet spray rinse drain cleaning cycle, an exclusive automatic remote probe type water level control, and an instant steam stand by mode. The steamer comes with a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer and switch for manual operation, as well as an easy access cleaning port. The steamer has an exclusive "cool to the touch" two-piece compartment door design with a free-floating inner door and reversible gasket for an airtight seal. It also features an innovative PowerPak electric steam generator with two special stainless steel fire bar heating elements. The steam cooking distribution system includes maintenance-free brass steam jets, a curved corner design for even heat distribution, and a fully insulated cooking compartment. The steamer also has removable stainless steel slide racks for easy cleaning. Optional accessories for the steamer include water filters, stainless steel legs, a pan rack kit UniStand, a pull-out shelf kit for UniStand, an equipment stacking stand shelf type, cafeteria pans in different depths, a compartment door steam shut off switch, right-hand door hinging with controls on the left, an on/off steam switch for compartment controls, an electronic timer with compensating load feature, and Dissolve® descale solution. A stainless steel economy stand is also available for the steamer.
