It has two refrigerated drawers below the worktop with a total of 10.01 cu. ft. of space, perfect for storing larger items. The drawers can accommodate full-size pans up to 6" deep. The worktop features a cutting board that spans the full width of the unit, providing ample space for prep work. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. The refrigerated pan storage area does not cover the entire work area, allowing room for non-refrigerated sauces and ingredients. The included pans are made from durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The drawers are designed with stainless steel frames and telescoping slides for effortless access to ingredients. They also have a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. The temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained between 36º and 38ºF to ensure food freshness. The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of the unit features a ½ HP compressor with 1140 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. It uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a non-electric automatic defrosting system. This prep counter operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.0 amps. It comes with an 8' power cable and an integrated NEMA 5-15P plug.
