It features a refrigerated ingredient and condiment pan area that can hold eighteen 4" deep pans. The refrigerators below the worktop offer a total of 13.01 cu. ft. of cool storage. The worktop includes a full-width cutting board for ample prep space, which can be easily removed for cleaning. The included pans are made of durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The reach-in refrigerator sections below the worktop have two epoxy-coated wire shelves each, maximizing usable space and simplifying organization. The interiors of these sections are made of durable and corrosion-resistant aluminum, making them easy to clean. The self-closing doors ensure efficient temperature maintenance between 36º and 38ºF, and can remain open at 120° for convenience. The doors also feature snap-in door gaskets that are easy to clean and maintain. The refrigeration system at the bottom of the unit uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant and is powered by a efficient ½ HP compressor, providing 1094 BTU/hr of cooling. The unit also has an automatic defrost system that is non-electric. This refrigerated counter comes with an 8' power cable and a 5-15P plug for easy connection to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
