The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel top and a choice of a black or stainless steel exterior. It features LED lighting and full electronic control for easy operation. The sliding glass doors are self-closing and include a stay-open feature for convenience. Inside, the cabinet has two epoxy coated shelves per section, totaling four shelves. The interior construction is made of galvanized steel on the walls and ceiling, with a reinforced floor made from heavy-duty stainless steel. The refrigeration system of the cabinet includes an epoxy coated evaporator coil and an automatic, non-electric evaporator. The balanced forced-air refrigeration system ensures rapid chilling of your products. The system uses R290 refrigerant to comply with environmental concerns. There are various options and accessories available for this cabinet, including solid or glass doors, a foot pedal door opener, and food rated models. There is also a wine model available for temperatures ranging from 40º to 60º. The cabinet can be equipped with 3”-6” casters or 6” legs adjustable with a plate. The electrical connection of the cabinet is pre-wired at the factory and includes an 8' long cord and plug set for easy installation.
