The Beverage Air BB48HC-1-F-B-27 Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet is a spacious and durable option suitable for any bar. With dimensions of 36 inches tall, 48 inches wide, and 23.50 inches deep, it provides ample storage space for beverages and food items. This backbar storage cabinet is part of the BB 23" Base Series, specifically designed for back bar refrigeration of open food items. It is certified for storing bottled beverages, packaged food, and open food. The cabinet comes in two widths of 48" and 72", with a depth of 23" from the face of the door to the back of the cabinet. The solid door models come with locks for added security. The cabinet construction features two epoxy-coated shelves per section, providing organization and easy access to stored items. It also includes interior incandescent lighting with a manual on/off switch for visibility. The standard galvanized sub top can be upgraded to a 2" stainless steel top (specify -27) for added durability. The cabinet exterior is constructed with a black steel finish, while stainless steel exterior options are available (-S models). The interior is made entirely of stainless steel with radius corners, meeting NSF Standard 7 for open food containers. The hinged solid doors are self-closing and include a 90° stay-open feature and locks. Magnetic gaskets ensure a positive seal. The refrigeration system is designed for efficiency and convenience. Condensate elimination is automatic and non-electric, while forced air is projected across the ceiling for even cooling. The refrigeration system is fully accessible behind the grille to the right side of the cabinet. The use of R134a refrigerant ensures compliance with environmental safety concerns. Additional options for the cabinet include wire shelf dividers, 3" or 6" casters, and 6" legs. WINE models are also available for storing items at temperatures between 40°F and 60°F. The cabinet comes wired at the factory and is ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. An 8' long cord and plug set are included for easy installation.
