It also has a heavy-duty stainless steel floor, a stay-open feature, and a lock. Each section comes with two epoxy coated shelves, and the magnetic door gaskets ensure a positive door seal. The interior construction is made of galvanized steel on the walls and ceiling. The refrigeration system of this cabinet includes an epoxy coated evaporator coil, an automatic non-electric evaporator, and a balanced forced-air refrigeration system that rapidly chills the products. It uses R290 refrigerant to comply with environmental concerns. There is also a wine model available that can maintain temperatures between 40º and 60º.
