The Beverage Air BB72HC-1-F-B-27 Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet is a versatile storage solution for a variety of supplies, from mini umbrellas to martini glasses. This backbar storage cabinet measures 36 inches tall, 72 inches wide, and 23.50 inches deep. Standard features of this cabinet include solid doors with locks, a depth of 23 inches from the face of the door to the back of the cabinet, and certification for bottled beverages, packaged food, and open food. It is available in two widths (48 inches and 72 inches) and two heights (34 inches with a galvanized steel top and 36 inches with a stainless steel top). The cabinet construction features a galvanized sub top, with an optional 2-inch stainless steel top. The doors have magnetic gaskets for a secure seal, and there is an option for a stainless steel exterior. Each section comes with two epoxy-coated shelves, and the interior has incandescent lighting with a manual on/off switch. The hinged solid doors are self-closing and include a 90-degree stay-open feature and locks. The reinforced floor is made from heavy-duty stainless steel, and the all stainless steel interior with radius corners is easy to clean and meets NSF Standard 7 for open food containers. The cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation for increased energy efficiency. The refrigeration system includes automatic and non-electric condensate elimination, forced air projection across the ceiling, and a fully accessible refrigeration system behind the grille. The evaporator is located above the condensing unit to maximize interior space, and the system uses environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant. Special features of this cabinet include wire shelf dividers, the option for 3-inch or 6-inch casters or 6-inch legs, and the availability of WINE models for temperature-controlled storage. The cabinet comes wired at the factory and is ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. It includes an 8-foot long cord and plug set.
