The Beverage Air BB36HC-1-G-B-27 Refrigerated Back Bar Storage Cabinet is a versatile storage solution for a wide range of supplies and ingredients. With its 36-inch height, 36-inch width, and 23.50-inch depth, it can accommodate shot glasses, orange slices, and more. This backbar storage cabinet comes with standard features such as locks on both solid and glass doors. The depth is 23 1/2 inches from the face of the door to the back of the cabinet, with the handle projecting 1/2 inch. It is available in two heights: 34 inches with a standard galvanized steel top for under shelf application, and 36 inches when adapted with a 2-inch stainless steel top (-27 MODELS). The cabinet construction features galvanized steel walls and ceiling for durability. The glass door model comes with fluorescent lighting, while the solid door model has interior incandescent lighting with a manual on/off switch. The floor and door sills are reinforced with heavy-duty stainless steel for long-lasting service. The cabinet exterior has a black steel finish, with a self-closing door and magnetic gaskets for a positive seal. The foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation enhances structural strength and energy efficiency. The refrigeration system uses R134a refrigerant, which is CFC and HCFC-free for environmental safety compliance. The unit is wired at the factory and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. It comes with an 8-foot long cord and plug set included. Additional options include open food rated models and WINE models with temperature ranges of 40-60°F.
