The Beverage Air BB48HC-1-F-GS-B-27 Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet is the perfect addition to your happy hour setup. With its sliding glass doors and open food rating, it allows your servers to easily find the ingredients they need. This backbar storage cabinet is 36 inches tall, 48 inches wide, and 25 inches deep.
The cabinet comes with either 2 or 3 sliding glass doors per side, depending on the model. The depth is 23 inches from the face of the door to the back of the cabinet, with the handle projecting 1/2 inch. It is certified for bottled beverages, packaged food, and open food.
The cabinet is available in two widths, 48 inches and 72 inches, and two heights, 34 inches and 36 inches. The 34-inch height comes with a standard galvanized steel top for under shelf application, while the 36-inch height can be adapted with a stainless steel top.
The cabinet is constructed with self-closing sliding glass doors that include a stay-open feature. Stainless steel models are also available, with a 2-inch stainless steel top as standard. The exterior of the cabinet has a black steel finish, and the reinforced floor is made from heavy-duty stainless steel.
The interior of the cabinet is all stainless steel with radius corners, making it easy to clean and meeting NSF Standard 7 for open food containers. The cabinet is insulated with environmentally friendly foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation, which enhances its structural strength and energy efficiency.
The refrigeration system includes automatic and non-electric condensate elimination. The cabinet comes with interior fluorescent lighting as standard, with the option for LED lighting. Forced air is projected across the ceiling, and the refrigeration system is fully accessible behind the grille to the right side of the cabinet. The evaporator is located above the condensing unit, allowing for full use of the interior space. The refrigeration system uses R134a refrigerant, which is CFC and HCFC-free for environmental safety.
Optional features for the cabinet include LED lighting, wire shelf dividers, and 3-inch or 6-inch casters or legs. There are also WINE models available, which can maintain temperatures between 40°F and 60°F.
