The HearthBake Series Countertop Oven is a gas-powered oven designed for baking pizzas and other baked goods. It features a double compartment with two 30"W x 26-1/4"D cordierite decks. The upper deck has a height of 5" while the bottom deck has a height of 6". The center deck is removable for convenience. Each compartment has two doors. The oven has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 650°F. It has a stainless steel exterior and is equipped with 4" legs with adjustable feet. The oven has a power output of 60,000 BTU and is CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified certified. (There are also other commercial pizza ovens available.)
