The HearthBake Series Countertop Oven is a gas-powered oven designed for baking pizzas. It features double compartments with two cordierite decks measuring 21"W x 26-1/4"D. The upper deck has a height of 5"H, while the bottom deck has a height of 6"H. The center decks are removable for convenience. The oven is equipped with a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 650°F. Its exterior is made of stainless steel and it stands on 4" legs with adjustable feet. With a power of 80,000 BTU, this oven is CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified certified. We also offer a variety of other commercial pizza ovens.
