The EB-3-8-3836 is a three-compartment electric deck oven from Bakers Pride's Super Deck Series. It has a width of 55" and provides powerful cooking capabilities in a compact design. The oven features three heavy-duty steel decks, each with a cooking surface measuring 38" wide and 36" deep. The decks have an 8" tall cavity that can be fully utilized with the help of the solid flame diverters, which are easy to clean. 
 
 This commercial deck-type oven is built to last, with a stainless steel construction that prevents rust and simplifies cleaning. The iron frame is fully welded to provide secure support for each compartment, and the 12" tall Bakertone legs ensure excellent stability. 
 
 The oven temperature can be adjusted from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, making it ideal for cooking pizza and other baked goods. The U-shaped heating elements are positioned at regular intervals on the ceiling and bottom of the deck, providing adjustable heat. The independent top and bottom heat controls allow for precise cooking of pizza toppings and crust. 
 
 The oven walls are fully insulated and made of aluminized steel, enabling efficient cooking at high temperatures. The convenient 60-minute countdown timer helps with timing and efficiency. The heavy-duty doors contribute to insulation and are spring-balanced for easy opening and closing. 
 
 The Bakers Pride EB-3-8-3836 deck-type oven meets industry standards for safety and quality, including NSF, UL, CSA, and CE. It requires a total of 24kW and can be connected to 208v, 220/240v, or optional 440-480v electrical systems. The oven comes with a two-year limited warranty. Additional options and accessories are available for customization. 
 
 Standard features of the oven include stackability, a steel deck, a 60-minute timer, an 8" deck height, and a two-year limited warranty. The oven is fully insulated throughout and has heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverters. The doors are spring-balanced and fully insulated, and the bake thermostat allows for temperature adjustment from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The exteriors are made of stainless steel, while the interiors are made of aluminized steel. The oven stands on heavy-duty steel legs finished with durable Bakertone.
