The AccuTemp N61201D060 SGL (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ Steamer is a stand-mounted boilerless model that runs on natural gas. It features a stainless steel power burner with a maximum input of 60,000 BTU/hr, producing a blue flame. The steamer's cavity is made of 14 ga. stainless steel and comes with dishwasher-safe wire pan racks that can hold either four 12x20x4" or six 12x20x2.5" full-size pans. One of the unique features of this steamer is AccuTemp's Steam Vector Technology (SVT), which ensures even steam distribution throughout the cavity without the need for moving parts. The SVT system includes removable and dishwasher-safe steam collector and distributor panels. Another advantage of the SVT system is that it allows the steamer to use any potable water without the need for treatment or filtration. The steamer has an easy-to-use digital display that shows the temperature digitally. It also includes an independent timer with a programmable preset for added convenience. The steamer comes with a 5-foot power cable that terminates in a NEMA 5-15 plug for use with 120v/60/1-ph power.
