The N61201D060 DBL (QUICK SHIP) has two 14 ga. 304 stainless steel cavities that can hold a total of eight 12x20x4 or a dozen 12x20x2.5" full-size pans. Each steamer is equipped with a Stainless Steel Blue Flame Power Burner that produces up to 60,000 BTU/hr, allowing for efficient cooking or food holding.
The steamers feature the patent-pending Steam Vector Technology (SVT), which evenly distributes steam without any moving parts. The SVT system consists of steam collector and distributor panels that can be easily removed and cleaned in a dishwasher. This system enables the steamers to use any potable water source, regardless of water quality, without the need for water filtration or treatment.
The digital control panel on each steamer includes a digital temperature display and an independent digital timer with a programmable preset. The controls are user-friendly, and the operating instructions are conveniently printed on the field reversible doors in both Spanish and English.
These Boilerless Floor Model Steamers are configured for natural gas and use less than a gallon of water per hour. They come with two 5' power cords with NEMA 5-15 plugs for easy connection to 120v/60/1-ph power outlets.
