The E64803E140 (QUICK SHIP) Connected Evolution™ Steamer from AccuTemp is a countertop convection steamer that operates on electric power. It is designed to hold six 12x20x2.5" deep pans and features digital controls for easy operation. This steamer does not require water filtration or treatment and is not affected by water quality, so the warranty is not voided. It has a power output of 14kW and operates on 480/60/3ph power. The steamer comes with a cord and NEMA L16-20P plug. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and it is made in the USA.
