The AccuTemp E62301E070 (QUICK SHIP) Connected Evolution™ Countertop Convection Steamer is an electric boilerless steamer designed for countertop use. It has a capacity to hold six 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" deep pans. The steamer features Steam Vector Technology, which evenly distributes steam without any moving parts. This technology allows the steamer to work without water filtration or treatment, without voiding the warranty. The steamer is made of 304 stainless steel and has a front-mounted drain valve for easy cleaning. It also has a simplified service access panel and a heavy-duty, field-reversible door. The steamer is ENERGY STAR® qualified and uses less than 1.5 gallons of water per hour. It comes with a digital control panel, a digital temperature display, and an independent digital electronic timer with a programmable preset. The steamer cavity is constructed of reinforced 14 ga. 304 stainless steel. Optional features include bullet feet, a perforated cooking shelf, and a stainless steel support stand with casters, bullet feet, or flanged feet.
