The E62403D110 (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ Steamer from AccuTemp is a countertop convection steamer that does not require plumbing for water or drainage. It operates on 240v/60/3-ph power and can hold six 12"x 20"x 2.5" pans or four 12"x 20"x 4" pans. The steamer features AccuTemp's patent-pending Steam Vector Technology (SVT), which applies steam onto each pan and around the cavity without any moving parts. The SVT system uses a steam collector and distributor panels that are dishwasher safe. The water used in the steamer does not need to be treated or filtered, and the warranty is not affected by water quality. The control panel is easy to clean and includes digital controls and a digital temperature display. The steamer is energy efficient and has an ENERGY STAR qualification.
