The Collectramatic® Open Floor Model Electric Fryer is a compact fryer with six heads and a capacity of 18 lbs. of product and 75 lbs. of cooking oil. It features a processor control with eight programmable channels for easy operation. The fryer is fully insulated with 1-1/2" insulation and comes mounted with adjustable legs. It includes various accessories such as a clamshell basket, collector gaskets, spatula, drain hook, Teflon® brush, long collector, heat plate, and four adjustable legs. The fryer is made of stainless steel construction and is UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
