The Food Warmer is a top-mount, built-in electric appliance with three 12" x 20" openings that have drains. It can be used for wet or dry operation and has infinite controls for temperature adjustment. The interior is made of stainless steel and the housing is insulated aluminized steel. The WellsLok feature makes installation easy. The Food Warmer also has high limits to prevent overheating and powerful tubular heating elements. It comes with a two-year limited parts warranty and a one-year limited labor warranty. Additional features include drains, thermostatic or infinite controls, auto water-fill, and the option to convert from 3-phase to 1-phase. There are also various options and accessories available such as insets with lids, drain screens, soup ladles, wiring extensions, drain valve extension kits, adaptor tops for round insets, and Wellslok extension kits for wood counter installations.
