The Food Warmer is a top-mount, built-in electric appliance with three 12" x 20" openings. It can be used for wet or dry operation and has infinite controls for temperature adjustment. The interior is made of stainless steel and the housing is insulated aluminized steel. The WellsLok feature makes installation easy. The food warmer comes with high limits to prevent overheating and powerful tubular heating elements. It also has separate controls for each well and thermostatic controls recessed in a front-mounted panel. The appliance can accommodate three standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. It comes with a two-year limited parts warranty and a one-year limited labor warranty. Additional features include drains and drains with manifolds, auto water-fill for maintaining water level, and the option to convert from 3-phase to 1-phase. Various options and accessories are available, such as insets with lids, drain screens, soup ladles, wiring extensions, drain valve extension kits, adaptor tops for round insets, and Wellslok extension kits for wood counter installations.
