The food warmer is a drop-in hot food well that is top-mounted and built-in. It is electric and has two openings to hold four 1/3 size pans. It has manifold drains with one valve and can be used for wet or dry operation. The thermostatic control allows for precise temperature control. The interior is made of stainless steel and the housing is made of aluminum steel. It is cULus certified.
