The food warmer is a drop-in hot food well that is top-mounted and built-in. It is electric and has an auto-fill feature. It has two 12" x 20" openings and a drain with one valve. It can be used for wet or dry operation and has thermostatic control. The interior is made of stainless steel and the housing is insulated aluminum steel. It is cULus certified. Some of the standard features include high limits to prevent overheating, thermostatic or infinite controls, powerful tubular heating elements, separate control for each well, and energy-saving fully-insulated construction. It also comes with a 2-Year Limited Parts & 1-Year Limited Labor Warranty. Additional features available include drains, drains with manifolds, auto water-fill, and different control options. It can accommodate two 12" x 20" standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. The thermostatic controls are recessed in a one-piece, drawn, front-mounted panel. The top flange is made of one-piece stainless steel and the warming pans are made of heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel. There are also various options and accessories available such as insets with lids, drain screens, soup ladles, wiring extensions, drain valve extension kits, adaptor tops for round insets, cords & plugs for 208/240V models, and Wellslok extension kits for wood counter installations.
