The Food Warmer is a top-mount, built-in electric appliance with a drop-in hot food well. It features a single 12" x 20" pan opening and operates without the need for water or drains. The stainless steel construction and Wellslok system ensure durability and secure installation on metal counters up to 0.25-inch thick. The food warmer includes a built-in high limit switch to prevent overheating and allows full top-side access to components after installation. Each well has an individual control knob for independent temperature control, making it suitable for multiple-well units. It also offers energy efficiency, using 33% less power compared to standard "MOD" units, resulting in cost savings. The appliance can accommodate one standard full-size steam table pan up to 6" deep or equivalent fractional pans per well. Optional accessories include an extension kit for mounting on wood and plastic countertops, as well as adapter tops to convert the well to hold different sizes of insets. Insets available include 4 qt., 7 qt., and 11 qt. round insets with or without lids.
