The Bain Marie Style Heated Tank is a built-in, Drop-In Hot Food Well that operates on electricity. It has an automatic water fill feature and an opening size of 25 3/4" x 19 7/8". This tank is designed for wet operation and has thermostatic control. It is fully insulated and made of stainless steel construction. Adapter bars are provided for convenience. This tank is cULus certified. Standard features of this tank include ½" drains, cords and plugs availability, positive-off thermostat controls, high limits to prevent overheating, powerful tubular heating elements, energy-saving fully-insulated construction, and Wellslok for easy installation. It also comes with a 2-year limited parts warranty and a 1-year limited labor warranty. The fully insulated models are suitable for non-metal counters. The controls are recessed in a one-piece, drawn, front-mounted panel. This tank can accommodate various round or rectangular insets or equivalent fractional pans. It has a one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans. Additional features available for this tank include auto water-fill to maintain proper water level, field convertibility from 1" to 3", and extra-large 27" deep tanks to accommodate additional insets. Options and accessories for this tank include insets with lids, drain screens, 72" control panel wiring, drain valve extension kit, adaptor tops for round insets, and Wellslok extension kits for wood counter installations.
