The countertop griddle is a natural gas appliance with a cooking surface measuring 47-3/4" W x 23-3/4". It features a 3/4" griddle plate and comes with four thermostat controls. The griddle is made of stainless steel construction and has 4" steel legs. It has a power output of 120,000 BTU and is NSF and cCSAus certified. The griddle plate is easily removable from the panel and can be controlled manually or with thermostatic controls. It also has a large capacity, removable drip pan and a full-width, front mounted grease trough. The appliance is convertible from natural gas to LP and comes with a conversion kit. Each burner has adjustable heat control, on/off control valves, and adjustable air shutter for optimal combustion. Additional options and accessories include an additional set of four adjustable legs.
