The countertop electric griddle features a smooth polished steel griddle plate with a cooking surface measuring 34-1/4" W x 24-5/16" D. It is constructed with stainless steel and includes zoned thermostatic heat control, a removable splashguard, and 4" adjustable legs. This griddle is UL, NSF 4, CE, and CSA certified. Standard features of this griddle include 4" adjustable legs, protective guard rings, an extra-large 4-quart capacity grease drawer, and various sizes and voltage options. It also has a stainless steel front, sides, and removable splash guards. The griddle has positive-off thermostats for individual zone temperature control and a terminal block for field wiring connections. Options and accessories for this griddle include Celsius knobs, a scraper for grooved griddles, a chrome plated griddle surface for efficient heat transfer and easy cleaning, and a grooved griddle surface for score marks and branding of meats. The grooved options are available in 6" wide increments and are not available with chrome surfaced griddles.
