The Drop-In Fryer is an electric fryer with a single pot and a 15 lb. capacity. It features thermostatic controls and comes with two half-size fry baskets. The fryer is equipped with WellsLok for easy installation and has a stainless steel fry pot, top, flange, and control housing. The fryer also includes a positive-off operator-adjustable thermostat and low watt density elements. The fry pot has a deep drawn, removable stainless steel design with a 15 lb. oil capacity. For safety, the fryer has a high-limit thermostat to prevent overheating, with an indicator light and manual reset. Optional accessories include additional fry baskets and a fry pot replacement. The fryer is NSF and RU certified.
