The Big Stix® Immersion Blender is a heavy-duty blender with a capacity of 60 qt. (15 gallons). It features a 14" stainless steel removable shaft and a variable speed motor. The blender also has a continuous ON feature and a rubberized comfort grip for easy and safe operation. It has a 1 HP motor with a power of 120v, 750W, and 6.25 amps. The blender is NSF certified. Some of the standard features of the Big Stix® Immersion Blender include continuous operation, completely sealed shafts that are removable and dishwasher safe, and a heavy-duty motor with a high efficiency of 1 HP and 18,000 RPMs processing speed on high. The blender is lightweight and ergonomic with a rubberized comfort grip and a second handle for safe and controlled operation. It offers versatility with interchangeable stainless steel shafts that can be used with the universal motor housing (Power pack - WSBPP). The blender also has a variable speed motor that allows for unlimited speed adjustment from 5,000 to 18,000 RPMs, providing full control and consistency for various blending tasks. Optional accessories for the Big Stix® Immersion Blender include a bowl clamp (WSBBC) for hands-free operation, a wall-mount hanger (WSB01) for easy storage when the unit is not in use, a power pack (WSBPP) that fits the entire Big Stik® Heavy-Duty Immersion Blender line, a 10" stainless steel whisk attachment (WSB2W) that fits the entire Big Stik® Heavy-Duty Immersion Blender line, and interchangeable stainless steel shafts (WSB Series) that can be used with the WSBPP Power Pack.
