It features (2) rotary dials to adjust the browning controls, a removable crumb tray, and carriage control levers. The industrial heating plates are replaceable for long-lasting use. The toaster has a brushed stainless steel finish and is equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug. It operates on 208v/50/60/1-ph power with 13.5 amps and 2800 watts. It is cETLus and NSF certified. The toaster also has standard features such as a dishwasher-safe crumb tray, full-brushed stainless steel housing, electronic browning controls, and carriage control levers. It can uniformly toast regular bread, bagels, Texas toast, frozen waffles, and other foods. The toaster also has a combination bread/bagel selector switch that toasts only one side of the bagel (850 Series only).
