The warming drawer is a free-standing appliance made of stainless steel construction. It comes with (1) 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan and has individual thermostat controls. The drawer also features moist/crisp door vents for controlling humidity. It is equipped with 5" adjustable legs for easy positioning. Other standard features include a large, easy-to-read thermometer, a large drawer handle for easy operation, and an adjustable sliding vent to control humidity. The cabinet sides and top are filled with 1" thick insulation for better heat retention. Each drawer has a 475 watt (4 amp) heating element and a separate control and thermometer. The cabinet is made of heavy-duty 20 gauge polished stainless steel. The frame design of the drawer allows for the accommodation of 1/3, 1/2, or full-size pans without the need for cross bracing. The integrated drawer slides have stainless steel rollers for smooth and durable operation. The warming drawer requires a 120 volt, 50/60 Hz, single-phase power supply and comes with a 6' power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug. The warming drawer comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, with a lifetime warranty on the heating elements and drawer rollers after the first year. It is also available with a trim kit for built-in applications. Optional features include a two-year extended limited parts and labor warranty and a 208/240 volt, 60 Hz, single-phase power supply with a NEMA 6-15 plug.
