The Heated Cabinet is a mobile and non-insulated unit that can accommodate either 18 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or 36 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans. It features a fan and air tunnel for even heat distribution and includes 10 pairs of adjustable tray slides. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has a glass door, as well as a drip trough and removable drip pan. It is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility, with 2 swivel casters and 2 rigid casters with locks. The switch on the cabinet can be set to proof or heated holding up to 190°F. The unit operates on 120v/50/60/1-ph power supply and has a 2.0kW heating capacity. It comes with a cord with NEMA 5-30P plug and is cULus and UL EPH certified. The cabinet is designed for holding and proofing purposes and has various standard features such as a polished stainless steel cabinet, adjustable interior pan supports, and a 1/2 gallon water pan. It also includes a top-mounted control panel with a fan on/off switch, dial thermostat, and cabinet temperature thermometer. The cabinet has a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, with a lifetime warranty on the heating elements.
