It features a thermostatic control that adjusts from 200°F to 450°F, with LED indicator lights to identify the mode. The griddle has a 9/16" thick composite plate made of aluminum core interior and 304 Series stainless steel exterior, which ensures fast temperature recovery and even heating. The griddle also includes two Teflon sheets and a plate gap adjustment accessory. The griddle is made of stainless steel front, top, and sides, with an anodized aluminum arm. It has a one-hand lift mechanism that holds the system in an upright position for ease of operation. The griddle is compatible with standard front grease trough and 6" back splash griddles. The griddle operates on 3.6kW, 240v/50/60/1-ph, 15.0 amps, and is NSF and cCSAus certified. It comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. The griddle is available in 208V and 240V 50/60Hz single phase options. It does not come with a power cord, but has a junction box for field line connection.
