This heated cart is a mobile, non-insulated unit that can hold either 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or 12" x 20" 2-1/2" steam table pans. It features a fan and air tunnel for even heat distribution and has fixed tray slides spaced 3" apart. The cart is made of stainless steel construction and has a glass door. It is equipped with 5" casters, with 2 swivel casters and 2 rigid casters with locks. The cart operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 2.0kW and 16.7 amps.
