The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range with a 36" size. It features two planchas and a 1/2" polished steel plate. The range also includes a standard oven and is made with a stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and 4" stub back. It has 6" adjustable legs and operates at 85,000 BTU. The range is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use.
Standard features of the V Series Heavy Duty Range include a 1/2" polished steel plate, a 3 sided grease trough, a 4" stainless steel stub riser, and 17,500 BTU/hr. burners (2 each). The range also has stainless steel cabinet base doors, a 50,000 BTU/hr. standard oven burner, and a 32,000 BTU/hr. convection oven burner. It comes with a one year limited parts and labor warranty.
The range has individual pilots and controls for each burner, universal rack guides with one removable shelf (cabinet base), and a 1 1/4" diameter front gas manifold with a 1 1/4" rear gas connection (capped). It is made with stainless steel front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back. The range also includes 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for "B" models (no legs for modular model).
Optional features that can be factory installed include a cap and cover front manifold, 4" adjustable flanged feet for modular models, and less legs for dolly mounting of cabinet base models. The range can also be equipped with a 650°F oven thermostat and steel hearth for "S" models. Additional options include universal rack guides with one shelf (removable), a 3" high toe base for curb mounting of cabinet base models, and various accessories such as dolly frames, banking strip, casters, back risers, high shelf risers, flanged feet, flexible gas hose, plate rails, and gas pressure regulators.
Extra removable shelves are also available for use with the universal rack guides in the cabinet base.
