The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range with a 36" size. It features two 18" French tops and a cabinet base. The front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are all made of stainless steel. It has 6" adjustable legs and operates at 50,000 BTU. It is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use.

The range comes with standard features such as a porcelain oven cavity, polished cast iron French tops, stainless steel cabinet base doors, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. It also has a 50,000 BTU/hr. standard oven burner and a 32,000 BTU/hr. convection oven burner. Each burner has individual pilots and controls. The range has a 1 1/4" diameter front gas manifold with a 1 1/4" rear gas connection. 

Optional features include a stainless steel oven cavity, cap and cover front manifold, fan cooling package, a 3" high toe base for curb mounting, and 4" adjustable flanged feet for modular models. It can also be purchased without legs for dolly mounting of cabinet base models. The "S" models have a 650°F oven thermostat and steel hearth.

Accessories that can be purchased separately include dolly frames, banking strips, a set of 4 casters, high back risers in various heights, single and double deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, different types of grates, adjustable flanged feet, a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device, gas pressure regulators in different sizes, common condiment type telescoping plate rails, and extra removable shelves for use with Universal rack guides.
