The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range with a 36" width. It features two 35,000 BTU open burners and one 18" griddle with thermostatic controls. The range also includes a standard oven. The exterior of the range is made of stainless steel, including the front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back. It is equipped with 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling. The range has a total BTU output of 150,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It is designed for commercial use in professional kitchens.
