The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range that is 18" wide and modular. It features a hot top with polished cast iron, individual pilot and controls, and a stainless steel front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back. It has 4" flanged feet and a total input of 30,000 BTU. It is CSA and NSF certified.
Standard features include a 30,000 BTU/hr. burner, heavy-duty top castings, a 4" stainless steel stub riser, a stainless steel cabinet base door, individual pilot and control for each burner, and a one year limited parts and labor warranty. It also comes with universal rack guides and one removable shelf for the cabinet base models. The front gas manifold is 1 1/4" in diameter and there is a rear gas connection (capped) of the same size.
Optional features that can be factory installed include a cap and cover for the front manifold, 4" adjustable flanged feet for modular models, less legs for dolly mounting of cabinet base models, and a 3" high toe base for curb mounting for cabinet base units.
There are also various accessories available for purchase separately, such as a banking strip, a set of 4 casters (two of which are locking), high back risers in different heights, single or double deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, extra removable shelves for use with universal rack guides, a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device, and gas pressure regulators in different sizes.
The exterior dimensions of the range are 36 3/4"d x 18"w x 40 1/2"h on 6" adjustable legs. The specifications include a total input of 30,000 BTU/hr and it is available in two models: V118H (modular) and V118HB (cabinet base). Both models have a stainless steel construction and individual pilots and controls for each burner.
