The Dipping Cabinet Freezer has a capacity of 20.9 cu. ft. and can maintain temperatures between -10°F and 0°F. It features sliding glass lids with lock and key for easy access and security. The cabinet includes six heavy-duty, PVC coated wire can support racks, each designed to hold 12 3-gallon ice cream containers. There is also a lower level below the containers for extra storage of 10 additional 3-gallon ice cream containers. The unit comes with a Lexan sneeze guard and a maintenance-free condenser. It has a full electronic control with an adjustable thermostat and a drain plug for easy cleaning. The exterior is made of galvanized metal with a white powder-coated painted surface, while the interior is made of pre-painted steel. The unit is equipped with 2" casters for easy mobility.
