The Stationary Kettle is a direct steam, stainless steel, floor mounted steam kettle with a 20-gallon true working capacity. It features a 2/3 jacketed design and a 316 series stainless steel liner with an ellipsoidal bottom. The kettle also has a spring assisted hinged cover with a heavy duty pivot assembly and a 2" compression draw-off valve with a perforated strainer. The faucet bracket is positioned 130° to the right of the draw-off valve. The kettle is constructed with stainless steel and has a tri-leg base. The steam control assembly operates at 50 psi and has a 1.0 BHP. The kettle comes with standard features such as a faucet bracket, embossed gallon/liter markings, a 50 psi steam jacket rating, and a one year limited parts and labor warranty. It also has tubular stainless steel legs with flanged feet and a two-inch compression tangent draw-off valve with a perforated strainer. The kettle has a bar rim and a spring assisted hinged stainless steel cover with a condensate ring and drop down lift handle. The steam control assembly includes a condensate return line strainer and a safety valve steam trap. The kettle liner is made of type 316 stainless steel and the exterior is made of type 304 stainless steel. Optional features include a second year extended limited parts and labor warranty, different sizes of draw-off valves, and a correction facility package. Accessories such as a solid disk, stainless steel whip, pantry pot filler, pantry washdown hose, and various faucets are available separately. The kettle is UL Classified for sanitation and meets ASME code.
