The Heavy Duty Griddle is an electric countertop appliance with a 36" W x 24" D cooking surface. It features a 1/2" thick polished steel griddle plate and a bottom-mounted snap action thermostat every 12". The griddle has a low profile design and is made with stainless steel front, sides, and a front top ledge with a "Cool Bullnose". It also includes a front grease trough, 4" back and tapered side splashes, and 4" adjustable legs. The griddle is cCSAus and NSF certified.
Standard features of the griddle include an 11" cooking height on 4" adjustable legs, a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, heavy-duty chromed thermostat knob guards, stainless steel 4" back and tapered side splashes, stainless steel front, sides, and 4" adjustable legs. The griddle is available in 208V or 240V, 50/60 Hz, 1 or 3 phase power supply, and 480V, 50/60 Hz, 3 phase power supply. It has a 3 1/2" wide front grease trough that empties into a large capacity grease drawer, with 60" and 72" models having two grease drawers. The griddle also includes two solid sheathed tubular incoloy heating elements, one snap action thermostat, and cycling light per each 12" griddle width. The thermostats can be adjusted from 200°F to 450°F.
Optional accessories for the griddle include a stainless steel stand with marine edges and casters, cutting board, condiment rail, plate rail, and banking strip.
