The Fully Jacketed Stationary Kettle is a gas-powered kettle with a 40-gallon capacity. It features a spring-assisted hinged cover with a heavy-duty pivot assembly, a 2" plug draw-off valve with a perforated strainer, and a graduated measuring rod. The kettle is made of stainless steel construction with a 316 series stainless steel liner. It has flanged feet for stability and electric ignition with a 135,000 BTU output.
Standard features include a faucet bracket, draw-off opening strainer, graduated measuring rod, fully steam jacketed kettle, and a 316 series stainless steel liner. It comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, as well as a second-year extended limited parts and labor warranty. The kettle is mounted on stainless steel legs with adjustable flange feet. It has a thermostat with a combination gas control valve and electronic ignition. The reinforced hinged stainless steel cover has a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle.
Additional features include a vacuum pressure relief valve, 15 PSI relief valve, low water cut-off control, and a pressure limit switch and pressure gauge. The kettle's interior bottom is sloped to the front for smooth product flow and it has a mounted, tapered, plug-type food product draw-off valve.
Optional features include a three-inch compression tangent draw-off valve with a perforated strainer, a security facility package, security type fasteners with tack welds, and a stainless steel step over draw-off valve with a chain.
Accessories that can be purchased separately include a heat deflector shield, stainless steel 48" whip, perforated stainless steel triple basket assembly, double pantry pot filler lead-free with a vacuum breaker, single and double pantry lead-free faucets, double pantry washdown hose lead-free with a vacuum breaker, double pantry washdown hose with an add-on lead-free faucet, and a clean-up kit.
The kettle is CSA design certified and classified by UL to NSF Standard #4. It meets ASME code requirements.
