The Frymate™ Holding Station is available as a free-standing unit or as an add-on to existing fryers. It has a stainless steel cabinet base and a stainless steel top drain section with a removable grease collector. The unit comes with a set of 4 casters, 2 of which are locking, and includes a connecting strip and hardware. It is designed for use with gas or electric fryers with a capacity of 35-65 lbs. The standard features of the Frymate™ Holding Station include a stainless steel cabinet, 4 adjustable casters (2 locking), and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. It also has a stainless steel sloped drain top with a removable grease collector. There are several accessories available for the Frymate™ Holding Station, including a food warmer with a 2-year warranty and a tank cover that can be used as a solid top work surface. The tank covers are sold separately and are compatible with specific fryer models. The Frymate™ Holding Station is compatible with Vulcan-Hart Models FRYMATE-VX15 and VX21S. These add-on Frymates can be securely attached to any gas or electric free-standing fryer or KleenScreen PLUS® fryer battery. They can be added to the left or right side of a fryer, or both sides. The body of the Frymate™ Holding Station is made of 18-gauge steel with a stainless steel cabinet. It also has a storage area behind a door for easy access. Grease strips, brackets, and hardware are included with every Frymate™. The unit is NSF Listed.
