Correctional Holding Cabinet is a mobile cabinet with a capacity to hold either 12 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 24 pans measuring 12" x 20". It features a top-mounted forced air heating system, 12-gauge hinges, and a lockable latch. The cabinet is made of stainless steel construction and has removable tray slides. It also includes a Lexan™ digital thermometer. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1000 watts and 8.3 amps. It comes with a cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. The cabinet is cULus and UL EPH certified. Optional features include an ambient configuration and no racking for stacked trays. The Vulcan Models CBFT and CBFTHS are stainless steel cabinets with welded double pan construction. They have support channels welded at the base and integral dual-layer fully welded corner posts. The cabinets have a continuous wraparound aluminum bumper with a non-marking vinyl insert. The doors are double pan fully insulated with a 270-degree swing, 12-gauge hinges, and recessed door pulls. The cabinets have a top-mounted forced air heating system with a rear-mounted "tunnel" distribution system. They are equipped with an electronic thermostat/thermometer with a Lexan™ cover and a lighted on/off switch.
