The Achiever Refrigerated Base is a self-contained, three-section unit with a length of 96 inches. It features six drawers and a marine top. The base, top, front, sides, and interior are all made of stainless steel, while the back is galvanized. The unit is equipped with 3" heavy-duty casters and a magnetic drawer gasket. It has a 1/6 hp compressor and operates on 115v/60/1 power with 11.25 amps.
Standard features of the unit include a condenser filter, marine edge top, compressor on the left side, off-cycle evaporator defrost, 4" casters in adjustable channels, magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets, 14-gauge stainless steel drawer slides, automatic non-electric condensate filter, one-year limited parts and labor warranty, stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, self-closing drawers with a stay-open feature, INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system, NEMA 5-15 plug with a 9' cord and cord retainer, controllable anti-condensate drawer perimeter heaters, front-breathing design for zero clearance installation, and a balanced, self-contained refrigeration system that uses R-404A. The unit also has side, front, and rear access panels for easy service and maintenance.
Optional features include a compressor on the right side, 6" stainless steel legs, export 220/50/1 voltage, 6" cabinet length extension, and NAFEM data protocol gateway package.
The unit is constructed with heliarc welded, fully insulated, stainless steel double pan. The exterior front, sides, louver assembly, and drawers are made of 20-gauge 430 stainless steel, while the exterior back and bottom are made of heavy-gauge galvanized steel. The cabinet interior sides are made of 22-gauge 400 series stainless steel, and the top and bottom are made of 22-gauge 300 series stainless steel. The unit comes with 4" high casters and a vinyl magnetic snap-in drawer gasket for a tight seal. Both the cabinet and drawers are insulated with an average of 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The unit is equipped with an easy-to-use water-resistant INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system, which includes a 3-Digit LED Display, temperature scale display capability
