The Combi Oven/Steamer is a natural gas appliance that operates without a boiler. It has a capacity of (7) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (14) 12" x 20" full-size hotel pans. The oven features three knobs with LED displays for temperature, timer, and humidity control. The humidity automatically adjusts with the temperature selection.
