The PowerFry3™ Fryer is a gas fryer with high efficiency and a 42" width. It features two battery-operated vats, each with a capacity of 65-70 lbs. The fryer has a solid state analog knob control with melt cycles, as well as a ThreePass™ heat transfer system for efficient cooking. It also has electronic ignition and a KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system for easy maintenance. The fryer is made of stainless steel and comes with adjustable casters for mobility. It has a power output of 160,000 BTU and is CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
