The fryer features the innovative ThreePass™ heat transfer system, which increases the surface area for heat transfer without using additional gas. This results in a 72% thermal efficiency and 60% cooking efficiency. The SoftStart™ ignition system gently gets the oil to temperature using only 45,000 BTU/hr at startup, preventing the oil from breaking down prematurely.
